Galloper

What you see here of this fine piece of antiquated equipment is a 1996 Hyundai Galloper. Mitsubishi quit making Montero's in this body style in 1991 but Hyundai made these virtually unchanged until 2005. 2.5l turbo charged, intercooled diesel 4 banger, 4x4 offroad goodness. Of course this one isn't set up for offroad yet. but I'm sure I'll change that later.

Phoenix rising from the ashes

Got to Phoenix and drank beer and bullshitted with Matt in the garage until wee hours of the morning. Took a bunch of silly pics, terrorized the neighborhood with the bike ripping up and down the street and loaded it in the back of the truck for the ride back.

The Grand Canyon

After we left Vegas Linda and I stopped at Grand Canyon. I would love to raft the Colorado River from Lake Powell to Lake Mead and camping along the way.

On the road Again...

Came back to the states to take care of a few things, head to Vegas for a wedding and go to Phoenix to pick up my new chop from fellow Bastard Forum member Matt Tobias.

Flew into Chicago to get my truck from Dad and drive to Texas to take care of a few things first. Rolled out and ended up in Gallup, NM on the Arizona border on I-40. some pics of driving...
